First Look: Interrupting Cow Trivia Background Art
We have two screenshots to share from Interrupting Cow Trivia, our fun online trivia game that you can play with friends. But they’re both so awesomazing, we’re worried about making your head assplode.
So we’ll space them out. This week, it’s the interior shot of the Interrupting Cow Trivia diner.

More to come next week, as we slowly transform our graphics-less game into a veritable visual wonderland!
If you haven’t played Interrupting Cow Trivia yet, or lately, be sure to jump in with a couple of friends and try out the new features while we’re still in alpha. We love to hear and implement your feedback!
Moo.

Amazing. Love the feel of it.
That’s good to hear … because you are the target audience, James!
Wow, that’s beautiful. Whereabouts in the game does it go?
Thanks, Michael!
We begin with a bird’s eye view of the diner sign. We pan down to a gorgeous exterior shot, which i’ll share next week. Faint 50′s-style jukebox music can be heard, along with distant laughter and dishes clinking. The party is clearly inside.
From there, the player can choose “Multiplayer”, “Challenge a Friend”, or “Play Challenges”. If he chooses “Multiplayer”, we fade into this warm interior shot. The diner sounds and jukebox music are louder. From a new interface that we’ll be building this month, the player can choose a table to play at, or he can start his own.
We endeavor to be the very awesomest online trivia game anywhere. If you see one that’s better, please tell me so that i can go smack it around a little.
wowza, awesomeazing indeed!
cavalcadegames – Thanks!
Will I be able to see my avatar sitting at a table? And can I buy him a special hat for $1?! I want to send you money :)
Bwakathaboom – you WILL be able to see your avatar in-game … in fact, if you sign in with your Untold Entertainment account, you can see your avatar in-game right now! Avatar won’t be sitting at a table, but we’re re-doing the multiplayer lobby screen to better depict how many games are going, and who’s sitting where.
You can’t buy a hat, but you CAN buy a Diner’s Club Membership, which lets you play ICT for as long as you want with no advertising. Members will also have exclusive access to advanced features, and will be able to play new trivia packs before anyone else.
If there are any more perks to Membership that you’d like to see, please let me know! We’re all ears.

I’m not completely up to date on where you’re going with Interrupting Cow Trivia but if there are plans for a “creator’s club” of some sort that lets users *make* trivia packs, that might be super-keen neato!
