Yes it is the best swf obfuscator but I built decryptor for AS3 secured files by Secure SWF.
Please visit www.swf-reader.com.

SWF can't be secured 100% it is open format and always it is possible to hack every protections.

I purchased the Pro version based in large part due to this review! And we got the 25% discount which was cool.

For support they have been very good (although once they never responded to a request but when I asked again they responded the next day.) They have responded with good solid answers and have patched the program a couple of times since I purchased it a few months ago so it seems to be on-going development.

Overall I am very happy with the product and the support! Highly recommended.

Peter - this is good to know. We don't use Flex, and we hardly put the software through its paces. It worked on the Flash swfs we tested it with, so we didn't exhaust its capabilities.

It's frustrating that the Kindisoft people are giving you poor customer service. Please stop by again if they ever get back, and let us know if they find a solution.

We've tried to use SecureSWF for a few weeks, unsuccessfully. Renaming breaks Flex Modules and causes Verify errors when the module loads. If we don't use renaming then the whole code structure is viewable, and our client is really only worried about our approach being visible to competitors, rather than the individual statements.

We've contacted Kindisoft about this, through their support system, and received no response. None of their support materials mention any specific considerations that you have to take with Flex, and there is no mention of modules.
